BAGGAGE LOST CASE
If you discover that you have left anything of have lost baggage in our bus, apply on number 0 422 24 22 44. If we find your thing, then returning of it will be realized from the bus station.
RAISE A CLAIM
In case of discontent by our service, a passenger has a right to apply us with claim in written form. For this you have to fill in this form of claim.
In connection of the taken decision concerning the claim, you will be informed in written form or/and via other means of communications within 30 calendar days.
